Terms & Conditions:

  • These terms and conditions apply to the Art Tours Berlin membership (one-year or half-year).

  • By filling out the form and transferring the membership fee (for yourself or as a gift) you agree to the terms and conditions.

  • The Art Tours Berlin one-year membership fee is € 95,- per year; the one-year student membership fee is € 75,- per year.

  • The half-year membership fee is € 55,- for 6 months; the half-year student membership fee is € 45,- for six months.

  • The membership starts on the date of the (first) membership fee payment.

  • The membership grants you unlimited access to Art Tours Berlin bi-weekly art tours.

  • The membership grants you access to 1 free ticketed event per year.

  • Members get a discounted ticket to the Art Tours Berlin yearly dinner party.

  • The Art Tours Berlin membership is strictly personal and can’t be used by another party, or shared among more than 1 person.

  • Art Tours Berlin has the right to edit the terms and conditions.

  • Your membership is automatically renewed at the end of the year; your half-year membership is automatically renewed at the end of the six months - unless you cancel your membership per email.

  • Cancellation of your membership must be done at least 30 days in advance: send us an email at with ‘Membership Cancellation + your name’ in the subject line.

  • If the membership is a gift: the recipient's membership is NOT automatically renewed; the recipient gets a reminder e-mail to re-apply for the membership via the online membership application form.

  • If your membership is cancelled before the end of the membership (half) year, your paid membership fee will not be reimbursed.
